That means they call upon and utilize the energies of natural objects such as crystals, herbs, and essential oils which align themselves with the intention of the self-care rituals.
Part of self-care is slowing down and being mindful and intentional. If you are open and receptive in mind, body, and spirit to what you are trying to accomplish, your self-care will be more successful. All of the WYTCH HAVS rituals have been designed to be completed by you when you can find the stillness for them to be effective and work their magick.
The intention of “Blue Hour at The Wytch Rytual Kit" is for you to go within and find your True Self so you can find the answers you seek. Because it is a time of stillness, psychic input and intuition are clearest at this time.
An instruction booklet is included in the kit with detailed instructions on completing the ritual.
